Important breastfeeding supplies

First and foremost is the My Brest Friend Plus Deluxe Nursing Pillow, this is by far the best thing you will ever buy if your are planning on breast feeding your twins. It literally makes for hands free breastfeeding. Yes you read that right. Hands. Free. Breastfeeding. It is a must have.
You can find this miracle pillow on Amazon, the button bellow will take you to the page.

I'm afraid I don't have extensive knowledge on breastfeeding pumps because I just got mine through the WIC program but I can say for certain that mine came in handy. They are great for building a back up supply for your milk just in case something comes up or you decide to go on a date with the hubby. I also used one at the hospital when the twins were born to get my milk to come in faster, very useful. I have been using a Medela pump so bellow I have added a button that will take you to their website where you can pick one that fits your own needs.
You are going to want something to store your breast milk in now, I personally use the twist storage baggies, easier to keep from spilling. No need to get fancy with this stuff ladies.
Sleeping
This was also a great buy, its called the Arm's Reach Concepts Clear-Vue Co-Sleeper. This also makes breast feeding much easier, you just roll over, plop them on that miracle pillow of yours, and go right back to bed. They are rather small so I would definitely recommend buying two even if you are planning on having your twins sleep together because eventually they will get to big to sleep in the same co-sleeper anyways.

Your not exactly supposed to have anything in the crib with your babies when they are first born unless its a blanket that you have tightly swaddled them with. When we first brought the babies home we would just swaddle them with normal blankets since they really couldn't get out at that stage. However after a couple months it became easy for them to get out and they would pull the blankets towards their faces which scared me a bit so we switched to these adjustable infant wraps. These things are great, my daughter cant sleep unless she is swaddled and she is also the one that moves around everywhere but she has yet to get out of these. There is a link to buy them bellow.
Travel
Now for the Britax B-Ready Stroller. This is seriously the coolest stroller ever, you just snap their car seats in and snap them out. Its that simple There is a catch though, as far as I know you have to have the Britax car seats. However, the Britax car seats also have their own snap in snap out system so I would have recommended them anyways.
Moms you are going to have to take your twins out of the house sometime, you should at least make it easy on yourself and this stroller and the Britax car seats do just that. Yes this stroller is pricey but it will last you for years. If I recall correctly it comes with one of the older seats so when it comes time to switch the babies into the older seats you will just have to buy the second one. Well worth the money.
I have also included a link to where you can purchase the stroller as well as the car seats on Amazon in the buttons bellow. (Can you tell I am an Amazon fan?)

Sometimes strollers are just impractical, have you ever tried to push a double stroller along with a shopping cart? Even one as maneuverable as the Britax B-Ready can be incredibly difficult to push through the isles while trying to push a shopping cart at the same time. Its times like these that baby carriers like the Nordic Lillebaby baby carrier are fantastic. I definitely recommend this one, its easy to put on and not only that you can also wear two at once for your twins. These are also good for around the house when you want to do chores but the babies want to be held. The button bellow will take you to a site where you can buy one.
This Buggy Bench comes highly recommended by many mothers of twins in the organizations I belong to and I must say that just from looking at it I can say that I can foresee it being incredibly useful. To get to a website where you can buy it click on the button bellow.
The Basics
Okay, now this is important. I know what your thinking, of course babies need diapers you don't need to know that. That is not what I am here to tell you. I am here to tell all of you expecting mothers to stock up. I'm serious, every time you go to the store buy two or three small packages of diapers increasing in size each time you visit the store then start over again once you get to threes or fours. This will help you A LOT, I would also recommend doing the same thing with baby wipes. These are the things you are really going to need, these are going to cost you the most in the long run. Stock up, it will help, I promise. If you join Amazon mom you can even get a good discount on diapers and you can also buy them in bulk on Amazon. However, if you invest in a Costco membership they are about half off what they are on Amazon.
While I really like the diaper bag I have I honestly have no preference. Though, you are going to want one with LOTS of pockets and LOTS of room for twins. You do need double of everything in there after all.
